Received this watch as a gift and one crystal as fallen out. I've emailed the company 3 times asking for a replacement and NO customer support. I have put clear nail polish over the remaining crystals in hopes of retaining them, but the missing one shows up as a black area and very noticable, so it looks cheap to wear it. I thought for the price you would have some kind of customer service. Be sure to take some measure of protecting the crystals before your wear the watch. It is really pretty.
